Personalized Communication and Education
One of the biggest challenges facing retirement providers and plan sponsors has always been informing and motivating employees to save for retirement. That’s why we work closely with our advisors and consultants to maximize participation, using group meetings and enrollment sessions. We have been at the forefront of creating innovative, personalized communications and education.
For example, the ACEC Retirement Trust’s Participant Education and Communications Program enables you to create personalized and customized messaging that addresses and adapts to a participant’s unique circumstance. Unlike other “personalization” programs currently available, our material goes far beyond putting the recipient’s name at the top of a letter. Our proprietary technology allows us to take participants’ personal data and weave it into messages that reach out to your employees in a distinct, individualized manner. Most impressive of all, as the employee’s personal situation changes, so does the message.
Our Retirement Workbooks can be customized with the plan name and with images and exhibits that are relevant to the employee’s age and employment history. All of which makes an outstanding communications piece even better. Just as important, these customized guides can be delivered at almost a moment’s notice.
In addition to our print-on-demand capabilities, we also offer targeted education programs and personalized products tailored to the participants’ needs. Our programs are available via a variety of media to keep participants current on investment concepts and strategies long after they’ve joined the program.
Our participant website—www.prudential.com/online/retirement—offers participants a comprehensive view of their account holdings, and provides them with tools to review and update their portfolio. Integrated within the site are a host of educational components such as articles, frequently asked questions, interactive calculators, and online courses. In addition, individuals can navigate through multiple online education websites that are not publicly available, which are focused only on our participants.
