Deb Stevens joined the ACEC Retirement Trust as Executive Director in March 2023, bringing 33 years of retirement plan administration, consulting, and marketing expertise through previous jobs at two national associations. She holds a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. She has also worked with self-insured life insurance trusts and holds her life and health insurance licenses.

Deb was born, raised, and still resides in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC. with her husband, Kevin. Her spare time is spent enjoying pickleball with her husband, son, and friends and rowing on the Potomac River with a competitive rowing team where she has traveled to various parts of the United States to compete in national regattas.
