Renan Pierre-Louis serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Raba Kistner, a premiere engineering consulting and program management firm with 600+ employees. Renan is a strategic and business-savvy professional with over 25 years of progressive financial leadership in the engineering and construction industry.

He has been CFO of Raba Kistner since 2020 where he’s a member of the executive committee and oversees all finance and accounting functions, including M&A. He led two successful acquisitions during his first two years with the company.

Renan brings deep experience in leading high performing finance and accounting teams, financial reporting and analysis, acquisitions and integration. Renan is skilled in bridging the gap between business operations and finance & accounting through close collaboration with senior executive teams and operational business units. He has delivered proven results in team building, project management and people management.

Renan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a Master of Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University. Renan speaks and writes fluent French.
